Ingredients

  • 6 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil potatoes.
  2. Mash With milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in onions, cheese, and bacon.
  4. Place in a casserole dish.
  5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
