Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 sm tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 3 mushrooms washed and diced
  • 1 handful of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 shakes of tumeric and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled and diced
  • 1 splash of milk
  • 2 splases of soy sause

Instructions

  1. Take the mushrooms garlic are tomatoes and saute in butter on med heat.
  2. Scramble eggs and add in other ingredients you may want to add more milk and that's ok
  3. When saute is done add in eggs and cook until done
