Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans longan berries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarins
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain longans and mandarins, and set aside their syrups.
  2. Heat water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add lemon juice, longan syrup, and mandarin syrup; cool the mixture.
  4. Blend the syrup with the drained fruits until smooth.
  5. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker or use the freezer tray method until firm.
