Ingredients

  • 4 (8 ounce) boneless pork ribs (trimmed)
  • 12 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 14 cup Dijon mustard
  • 14 cup rosemary (minced)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all.
  2. Cover.
  3. Chill 24 hours, turning often.
  4. Heat oven 400.
  5. Place pork and marinade in a 9x9 baking dish.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until browned.
