Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb) boxfrozen squid (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon onion (grated)
  • 12 teaspoon celery seed
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sazon goya with coriander and annatto
  • 12 head savoy cabbage (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Clean squid.
  2. Slice bodies.
  3. Leave tentacles whole.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet.
  5. Add squid.
  6. Saute 1 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Combine with rest.
  10. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, stirring often.
