- Cook ground turkey and bell pepper; drain.
- Slice sausage like pepperoni.
- Add sauce and sausage.
- Simmer while cooking macaroni per package directions.
- Pour sauce into large baking dish.
- Drain macaroni; add to baking dish.
- Add Mozzarella and stir; reserve some Mozzarella for the top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
