Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 4 c. flour or bread flour
  • 1 tsp. lite salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Egg Beater, beaten (1/4 c.)
  • nonfat cooking spray
  • coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water.
  3. Add flour, lite salt and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
