Instructions
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Slightly beat egg in a separate bowl.
- Stir in milk, oil and maple syrup.
- Stir into dry ingredients until moist.
- Pour into 12 greased muffin cups.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Immediately remove from pan.
- Delicious warm or cool.
