Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Mazola oil
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • flour (enough to make thick batter)

Instructions

  1. Mix oil and sugar.
  2. Add water and sprinkle yeast in and stir well.
  3. Add 1 egg and enough flour for thick batter.
  4. Let rise. Add more
  5. flour
  6. and
  7. knead
  8. to
  9. make
  10. into 2 loaves or rolls. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
