Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast (5 to 6 lb.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Line roast pan with foil.
  2. Place roast in foiled pan.
  3. Spread cream of mushroom soup on the roast, then sprinkle dry onion soup on the roast.
  4. Add 1 cup of water to bottom of the pan.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 350° for 3 hours.
