Instructions
- Line roast pan with foil.
- Place roast in foiled pan.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup on the roast, then sprinkle dry onion soup on the roast.
- Add 1 cup of water to bottom of the pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 3 hours.
