- Boil macaroni until tender. Spread out on a large platter. Sprinkle macaroni with grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Pour the melted butter over all. Mix with 2 forks until the sauce is creamy. Serve at once on hot plates. Makes 6 servings.
