- Cook caramels, chocolate, peanut butter and water over low heat till caramels heat and mix is well blended.
- Pour over popcorn and mix well.
- Pack popcorn into c.. Insert skewer in each.
- Makes 12 pops.
- Remove paper c. before eating.
