Ingredients

  • 2 head fresh broccoli, broken into florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In skillet over medium high, toast sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  2. be careful not to burn.
  3. remove sesame seeds and set aside.
  4. add broccoli, garlic, and soy sauce to skillet.
  5. cover and cook until crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. add sesame oil and stir and cook 1 additional minute.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
