- In skillet over medium high, toast sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- be careful not to burn.
- remove sesame seeds and set aside.
- add broccoli, garlic, and soy sauce to skillet.
- cover and cook until crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.
- add sesame oil and stir and cook 1 additional minute.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
