Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2/3 c. unsalted Macadamia nuts or walnuts
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. To make vanilla wafer crumbs, add a few at a time to blender and whirl.
  2. Combine ingredients and press in the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake in a 400° oven for 8 minutes. Cool.
