Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. orange-banana Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 qt. macadamia nut ice cream
  • 1 pkg. pineapple Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. mandarin juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarins

Instructions

  1. Drain mandarins, add syrup to water to make the 2 cups. Dissolve Jell-O in fruit water and mandarin juice.
  2. Add ice cream and stir until melted and mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Add mandarins, pour into a mold, freeze.
  4. Serves 8.
