Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. salad dressing
  • 8 to 12 hard-cooked eggs (boiled)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. diced pimentos
  • 1 c. green pickle relish
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cover macaroni with cold water; drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
