Macaroon Creams

Ingredients
- 1 lb. white almond bark
- 3 c. white flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt the almond bark in evaporated milk over boiling water, stirring until smooth.
- Add the flaked coconut and almond extract to the melted mixture and mix well.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper.
- Let the macaroons set until firm before serving.
