Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white almond bark
  • 3 c. white flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the almond bark in evaporated milk over boiling water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the flaked coconut and almond extract to the melted mixture and mix well.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper.
  4. Let the macaroons set until firm before serving.
