Ingredients

  • 1 stalk broccoli
  • 4 to 8 florets cauliflower
  • 3 to 4 green onions (tops and all)
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
  • 6 to 8 oz. frozen peas
  • 10 to 15 green olives
  • 2 cups cooked shell macaroni
  • 1 cup cubed meat (ham, roast, pastrami, or chicken)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve chilled.
