Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. lo-cal mayo
  • 2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Veg-It seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Allow to chill at least 2 hours before using.
  3. This dressing will keep up to 4 days under refrigeration. Serve over salad or use as a dip for raw vegetables.
