Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add sugar and flour.
  3. Add cooled oleo, buttermilk and vanilla.
  4. Bake in a 10-inch unbaked crust at 425° for 10 minutes.
