Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) baby carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. rum or rum flavoring

Instructions

  1. Drain carrots.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan; add sugar, rum or rum flavoring and carrots.
  3. Simmer until sauce just begins to thicken and carrots are glazed.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
