Instructions
- Put ingredients in bowl; beat with spoon until slightly bubbly.
- Batter will be lumpy.
- Fill well-greased metal or Pyrex custard cups or muffin tins (Teflon without greasing) about 2/3 full.
- Place in cold oven; set oven at 425°.
- Do not peek for 1/2 hour.
- Makes 4 huge popovers in large Pyrex custard cups or about 12 small ones.
