Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces amber rum
  • 2 ounces malta
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cinnamon; shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
  4. Garnish with the cinnamon.
