Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 c. peaches or any other fruit
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and sugar together.
  2. Add milk and vanilla flavoring.
  3. Mix all ingredients well with wire whisk.
  4. Pour in baking dish.
  5. Add fruit on top of mixture and top with margarine. Cook at 325° for 1 hour.
