Ingredients

  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 2 small pkg. orange jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Drain mandarin oranges and save the juice.
  2. Add enough water to the mandarin juice to make 1 cup.
  3. Dissolve the orange jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
  4. Stir in the mandarin juice (with added water) into the dissolved jello.
  5. Add the orange sherbet and stir until melted.
  6. Chill until the mixture thickens.
  7. Add the drained mandarin orange sections and stir gently.
  8. Chill until ready to serve, about 2 hours.
