Ingredients

  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons salt

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  5. Add the sliced cucumbers to fill the jars to the top.

  7. Refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
