Ingredients

  • 3 cups mandarin juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat water and 1 cup mandarin juice with sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Chill the mixture completely.
  3. Combine the chilled mixture with the remaining mandarin juice and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan and freeze until firm.
