Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat and blend the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Dip the chicken in flour, then in the sauce.
  3. Place the coated chicken in a pan.
  4. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover and bake in a 450°F oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
