Ingredients

  • 1 large orange jello
  • 2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine orange jello with hot water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add apricot nectar to the mixture and let it set for a while.
  3. Once partially set, fold in crushed pineapple and mandarin orange segments.
  4. Refrigerate until fully set and firm.
  5. Serve chilled, ideal with baked ham dinner.
