Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the squash halves cut side down in a baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. Combine softened margarine and orange marmalade; blend well.
  5. Turn the baked squash halves cut side up.
  6. Spoon the marmalade mixture into the centers of each squash half.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the squash is tender.
