- Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut side down in a baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Combine softened margarine and orange marmalade; blend well.
- Turn the baked squash halves cut side up.
- Spoon the marmalade mixture into the centers of each squash half.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the squash is tender.
