Mango Salsa a Le Chat

- Chop up the tomatoes and yellow bell pepper into about quarter inch cubes.
- Peel the mango and chop into half inch cubes.
- Finally finally chop the cilantro and chilli pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir in the lemon and lime juices.
- Add cracked pepper to taste.
- Stir and let sit in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
