Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peeled mango
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.
