Ingredients

  • 1 pt. brown sugar
  • 1/2 pt. water
  • 1 pt. white Karo
  • 1 pt. dark Karo
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Boil all together, all except egg whites.
  2. Boil up to 240°, then cool slightly.
  3. Slowly pour into stiffly beaten egg whites. Keep stirring every once in a while until cold. If too stiff, add a little water.
  4. This can be used instead of Church Peanut Butter.
