Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 large apple
  • 4 dill pickle spears
  • 1 small can ravioli
  • 1 large can jumbo pitted black olives
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. fruit drink

Instructions

  1. Start at 10 a.m.
  2. Eat banana and drink a cup of milk.
  3. Eat apple and drink another cup of milk.
  4. Eat 2 of the pickles. About noon time, share the ravioli with mom. Drink another cup of milk.
  5. Pour all the olives in a big bowl and put onto the end of each 10 fingers.
  6. Eat one at a time with cartoons.
  7. Drink a cup of fruit drink.
  8. Before 3 p.m., eat some more pickles and drink another cup of milk. This is a fun all day lunch.
