Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) small or sliced beets
  • 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Equal sugar or 18 to 24 packets

Instructions

  1. Combine beets with juice, vinegar and Equal in medium bowl. Cover lightly.
  2. Chill at least 8 hours.
