Instructions
- Place thinly sliced, washed, raw squash in a large jar.
- Pack tightly as possible.
- Cover with bottled dressing to within 1/2-inch top of jar.
- Cheeses may be added if desired.
- Refrigerate about 2 weeks.
- The squash will be firm and crunchy.
