Marmalade Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Wash the chicken and pat dry.
- Place in a baking pan in a single layer.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake chicken, covered, with aluminum foil at 350°
- for 50 minutes. Uncover the chicken, spoon the sauce over the top of the chicken and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
- If there is extra sauce, it can be refrigerated for a few weeks.
