Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and refrigerate until cold.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, gradually whisk lemon syrup into heavy cream.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold in orange marmalade.
