Marshmallow Dainty

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nut meats, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of warm water over marshmallows; leave on back of stove until dissolved.
  2. Stir in egg whites, beaten stiff; add nuts, pineapple and flavor.
  3. Put in cool place to set.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
