Marshmallow Truffles

Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. jet puffed marshmallows
- 12 oz. pkg. Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
- 2/3 c. Planters pecans chopped ⓘ
Instructions
- Dip a marshmallow into melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Shake off excess chocolate.
- Place the coated marshmallow on a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of chopped pecans.
- Repeat with remaining marshmallows, chocolate, and pecans.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until set.
- Store in an airtight container.
