Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • chopped chives
  • 1/2 c. milk or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the frozen spinach.
  2. Mash the potatoes until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cooked spinach, dill weed, chopped chives, milk or cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat all ingredients together until well mixed.
  5. Serve hot as a flavorful side dish.
