Ingredients

  • Egg Whites - 6
  • Oats - 25g
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • Yogurt - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spray a pot or frying pan. Cook the egg whites with the oats.
  2. Stir until the egg is cooked through and mixed evenly with the oats.
  3. Pour the mix in a bowl and add the pineapple, walnuts on top.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon for extra spice!
