Matcha Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon green tea powder (matcha)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine granulated sugar and green tea powder in a bowl.
  2. Put 2 cups of water and the sugar mixture in a sauce pan.
  3. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Soak the pan in a bowl of cold water to cool the liquid to room temperature. Pour the liquid in a freezer-safe container and put it in a freezer.
  5. Stir the sorbet every 30 minutes or one hour.
  6. Freeze until sorbet is alomost frozen.
  7. Serve into glasses.
