Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. chicken fat
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. matzah meal

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator several
  2. hours (overnight is best).
  3. Moisten hands and form into balls.
  4. Drop into boiling water for 1 hour (no less, but more is okay).
