Ingredients

  • 2 matzos
  • 1 cup Ragu(R) Old World Style(R) Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place matzos on prepared baking sheet. Evenly spoon Ragu(R) Old World Style(R) Pasta Sauce onto matzos, then top with cheese.
  3. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
  4. For a quick single Matzo Pizza, place 1 prepared matzo pizza on microwave-safe plate and microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
