Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1 large graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat
  2. oven
  3. to
  4. 400°.
  5. Mix ingredients and pour into crust. Bake
  6. for
  7. 10 minutes and reduce heat to 225° to 250°. Bake
  8. for 20
  9. to 25 minutes longer.
  10. Cheese cake is better if left in refrigerator for a day before cutting.
