Instructions
- Lightly dust the filets in the flour and place in the frying pan with butter, frying about 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan and melt butter in pan.
- Add rock salt to taste and chopped Macadamia nuts.
- Saute until brown.
- Spoon mixture over filets and add lime juice over fish.
