Ingredients
- 4 cups mayhaw juice
- 5 1/2 cups sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Measure the sugar and set it aside.
- Stir Sure-Jell into the mayhaw juice and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- Add the sugar and continue boiling until a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down is reached.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let it set for a minute.
- Skim the foam and pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars, then seal.
