Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with blender running on slow speed. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 cup salad oil.
  2. Yield:
  3. 1 1/4 cups.
