- Dip the peaches into bowling water and immediately after in ice water, peel them, and sprinkle with sugar. Keep cool (in the fridge). Make a puree with the raspberries. Put vanilla ice cream in a dessert cup, add a peach cut in half, drizzle with the raspberries puree. To decorate, put on the top slivered almonds.
